摘要 PURPOSE: To realize consultation using individual data by identifying a caller against pension telephone consultation in which individual data cannot be used because the caller cannot be identified up to the present. CONSTITUTION: A telephone consultation terminal 11 is connected to a public line and the caller's telephone number or an input password is collated with a telephone number registered in an identification fine 12 or a password. Then, line is switched to cosultation that uses individual data or that does not use individual data in accordance with a collation result. Thus, the caller in pension telephone consultation is specified and consultation using individual data is realized. Consequently, the caller can readily receive consultation using individual data from anywhere.
