PURPOSE: To provide a hair binder capable of binding easily and uniformly long hair. CONSTITUTION: A rubber string 14 and a pair of frame bodies 10a, 10b having the proximal ends connectively opened and closed and providing an annular state when closed are provided so that both ends of the rubber string 14 are locked on the tip parts of the frame bodies 10a, 10b by a fitting 15 and the intermediate part of the rubber string 14 is locked on a rocking shaft 16 in the proximal ends of the frame bodies 10a, 10b. The rocking shaft 16 is formed on its tip part with an inclined surface 16a, and when the frame bodies 10a, 10b are closed, the rubber string 14 glidingly gets out of the inclined surface 16a, so that the rubber string 14 is elastically contracted to bind long hair. |
