PURPOSE: To knead uniformly and efficiently a functional powder with a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A kneading raw material is fed to a kneading mechanism 2 having a revolving disk 8 and a fixed disk for kneading by means of the revolution around the revolution center of a revolving disk 8 in the state of clamping a kneading raw material composed of a functional power to which a synthetic resin as a binder is added between side faces of both disks and heat kneaded. A kneaded material provided by the heat kneading in the heat molten state is transferred to a metering chamber 31 through a plunger 6 provided coaxially with the revolving disk 8 on the downstream side of the kneading mechanism 2 and provided with a backflow prevention valve 65a, and the kneaded material of a given amount is filled in the metering chamber 31. After that, the plunger 6 is advanced and the kneaded material is injected from a nozzle into the mold. |
