发明名称 SEAT PAD MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: To enhance the repulsive resiliency of a seat pad material by integrally arranging an insert member made of an elastic material having an elastic modulus higher than that of soft polyurethane foam, and shaped such as to have an upward inside convex shape. CONSTITUTION: An insert 2 is integrally arranged in at least one part of an automobile seat cushion pad or the like which is a molding of soft polyurethane foam 1. This insert 2 is molded from an elastic material having an elastic modulus which is higher than that of the soft polyurethane foam 1, such as rubber group sponge. Further, this insert 2 is arch-likely curved, and is then set in the seat pad 1. Upon loading, the repulsive resiliency is enhanced with the use of its restoring force, thereby it is possible to prevent occurrence of outward thrust feeling which has been a defect caused by a planar insert member.
