PURPOSE: To make an outer frame lightweight by providing a fitting piece on the front face of an outer frame main body, providing a reinforcing member fitting section on the back side of the fitting piece, and integrally providing a back plate fitting reinforcing plate and an insertion section on the rear face of the outer frame main body. CONSTITUTION: A back plate 5a is inserted into insertion sections 6 of an upper outer frame main body Al and the right and left outer frame main bodies constituting a frame body, the main bodies are fixed together, and the back plate 5a is fixed to a back plate fitting reinforcing plate 5. A vertical member 8 and a horizontal member are provided in the frame body, and a fixed plate 7 is fixed to the vertical member 8 and horizontal member. A length adjusting reinforcing member 2a is fitted to the fixed plate 7, and the reinforcing member 2a is fixed by an adjusting bolt 10 and a nut.
