PURPOSE: To form simply, securely and firmly an end face of a resin porous cylindrical body by inserting an open end of a synthetic resin porous cylindrical body into a mold, introducing an uncured liquid heat-curing resin in the mold into the open end and curing. CONSTITUTION: One open end 2 blocking a porous cylindrical body 1 with both ends open, which is formed by a sinter forming powdery plastic (A copolymer composed of a polyolefin resin such as ultra-high-molecular polyurethane or the like and an ethylene-vinyl acetate or the like is suitable.), is inserted in the standing state into a curing mold 11. Then, an uncured liquid heat-curing resin 13 is injected into the curing mold 11, and the uncured liquid heat-curing resin 13 is introduced into the open end 2 and cured in the curing mold 11. Releasing is carried out after curing to form an end face 6 of the porous cylindrical body 1 having its open end 2 blocked by a blocking section 4. |
