PURPOSE: To provide a cooking and boiling apparatus that can efficiently absorbs thermal energy generated by en electromagnetic inductance, and can effectively be used while the thermal energy is supplied from the bottom by thermal conduction in the case of placed on a cooking range. CONSTITUTION: A pot shaped cooking and boiling apparatus 1 to which the thermal energy is supplied from the bottom by thermal conduction or electromagnetic inductance has a bottom side 4 made of good thermal conductive metal material, a filler plate 5 opposite to the bottom side, and a bottom metal cover 6. The bottom metal cover has a disk cover 7 on which plural dents are radially or not radially formed on whole surface, and a filler 9 having corresponding shape is fit into these dents. The disk cover is made of austenite steel, the filler 9 is made of strong magnetic steel or they are made of conversely, the disk cover and the filler fit into these dents are respectively bound between the filler plate 5 and the pot bottom plate. |
