The clamp constitutes a head formed by two pieces 1 and 2, the first being equipped with an axial housing cavity for the second and stressed towards a constant expulsion position by means of an inner spring 8, but limited to the expulsion displacement by means of an annular projection 7, and so, for the purpose, it has the outer surface of the inner piece 2 whilst the piece 1 has, on the inside, a recess of frustoconical profile 4 which, in combination with radial orifices 5, also of frustoconical configuration, determines positioning means for spheres 6 which, during the outward displacement of the piece 2, are pushed towards the inside of the frustoconical orifices 5, producing the corresponding pressure on the expulsion device housed in the axial passage 3 of the inner piece 2. <IMAGE>
