PURPOSE: To facilitate clamp fitting work for connecting an air clearner and a cut-off valve to each other without crushing an air hose. CONSTITUTION: A power unit 4 mounted with an engine 3 while supporting a rear wheel is fitted in the vertically swingable state to a body 1 so as to transmit the rotation of the engine 3 to the rear wheel through transmission mechanism in the power unit 4. A helmet storage chamber 10 disposed in a position above the engine 3, an air cleaner 11 disposed thereunder on one side of the body 1, and a cut-off valve 14 disposed on the other side are connected by an air hose 12 crossing the body l. A scooter type vehicle of such constitution is provided with a clamper 15 having a partially-cut ring part that can surround the air hose 12, and a pair of insert-fitting parts extended outward and provided with locking claws on the tip outer side. The air hose 12 is fitted into the ring part of the clamper 15, and the insert-fitting parts are insert-fitted to a fitting hole such as a drip hole opened to the bottom part of the helmet storage chamber 10, and clamped. |
