PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the controlled detection having the predetermined sensitiveness by providing plural zones to be connected to plural antibodies at the time of detecting a liquid sample, which includes a specimen to be detected. SOLUTION: A core material having plural practically flat zones, which are arranged adjacent to each other and which contact with each other for absorption, a sample applying pad, which includes the predetermined quantity of a first antibody in relation to a specimen to be detected and which is used for sample pad before the application to the sample, and a compound zone, which is connected to moving grains and which includes a second antibody of the specimen to be detected, are provided. Furthermore, a detecting zone, which is fixed onto the core material and which includes a third antibody, is provided. When a liquid sample, which includes a specimen to be detected, is applied to the sample pad, a quantity at a threshold value of the specimen to be detected is connected to the first antibody, and the specimen to be detected in the sample, which is not connected yet, is connected through the compound zone, in which the non-connected specimen to be detected is connected to the second antibody, and passed through the detecting zone, in which the non-connected specimen to be detected is connected to the third antibody for fixation.
