PURPOSE: To provide a radio relay system for a radio relay device to immediately register and update the relay destination decision information in response to the movement of a mobile station and also to reduce the quantity of data that are transferred between the mobile station and the radio relay device. CONSTITUTION: A MAC address management part 26 manages the correspondence between the MAC addresses of a mobile station 1 registered in the radio relay devices 5 and 10 and the identification information on the station 1. An MAC address updating part 23 registers and updates the MAC addresses of the station 1 registered in both devices 5 and 10 in terms of their positions at a relay destination deciding part. As a result, the repeating destination decision information can be immediately registered and updated in response to the movement of the station 1.
