<p>PURPOSE: To prevent unstable electric connection and occurrence of lead wire disconnection in a lamp in which a terminal pin and a lead wire are fixed by caulking. CONSTITUTION: A lead wire 6 is fixed and connected by a caulking part 44 formed by punching a part of a terminal pin 4 of a cap 3 attached to an end part of a bulb 1. A lamp L is installed in a lighting system, said lamp has a terminal pin 4 with 2.3-2.4mm outer diameter Pd of a cap 3 and a lead wire 6 with 0.35-0.5mm outer diameter Ld and 0.35-0.5 vertical to transverse length ratio (short diameter side Lv/long diameter side Lw) of a cross-section surface area of a part caulked in a caulking part 44. Consequently, the crushed terminal pin side presses an outside lead wire to deform the lead wire, to break an oxide film on the surface, and to enter the lead wire side and thus contact resistance between contact parts of both the terminal pin and the lead wire can be lowered and excellent electric connection can be provided.</p> |
