PURPOSE: To obtain an ink jet type copier, with which gradationally represented copying is possible by a method wherein a one-dimensionally arranged phototransistor array for photoelectrically converting an original information and a head driving controlling circuit part for controlling the printing action of a recording head are equipped. CONSTITUTION: By placing an original picture 1 on an original placing stand 2, working state is set. After that, a reading/writing part 9 positions the stand to the initial writing position of the original picture. Next, when the light outputted from a light source 31 illuminates the original picture 1, the reflected light is reflected so as to radiate original information 101 to a semi-space in order to modulate its brilliance by a relay lens 32 and Fourier-map-transform in a uniform scale factor on a phototransistor array 4. Each light receiving element constituting the phototransistor array 4 outputs, due to its photoelectric conversion function, an image electric signal on the basis of the inputted original picture information 101. |
