PURPOSE: To improve the operability of switches, prevent misoperation and improve the visibility of lamps and the like in an outboard engine. CONSTITUTION: Engine cover structure for an outboard engine is provided with an engine with a drive shaft 14 connected thereto, and an engine cover for covering the engine. A lower cover 8 is provided in line with the engine cover, and the lower cover 8 is provided with a console panel 30 in such a way that the panel face intersects the axis of the drive shaft 14 and points obliquely upward. |
