PURPOSE: To obtain a heat a heat exchanging ventilating device, capable of preventing the faulty mounting of a heat exchanging element with an inexpensive structure, by providing a precluding means, precluding the reception of the heat exchanging element into a casing under the condition of being deviated from the normal posture thereof. CONSTITUTION: When filter units 33, 33 are introduced into an element receiving chamber C1 with a posture, comming to the opposite side of a partitioning plate 14, for example, under the receiving process of the heat exchanging element 30, an abutting unit 412B, provided so as to be extended from the receiving unit 412 of a positioning member 41, is abutted gainst the retaining piece of the filter unit 33 whereby the positioning of the heat exchanging element becomes impossible. Further, the position of the filter unit is deviated downward from the specified position whereby stopping device 60 can not be changed to the normal stopping position and the heat exchanging element 30 can not be retained while a lid 15 can not be retained. Accordingly, the mistake of inserting posture of the heat exchanging element 30 can be recognized whereby the mistake is corrected and the filters 33 can be mounted with a normal posture. |
