PURPOSE: To reduce the effect of flashes to be generated on divided surface of a mold at the time of rubber vulcanization molding of a hanger rubber. CONSTITUTION: A hanger rubber 10 is a vulcanization molded body which is an approximate to an oval shape, is very thick and a pair of cylindrical through holes 11, 12 are provided in the vicinity of both ends in a long side direction. An intermediate through hole 13 wherein it is prolonged in a short side direction and its both ends are widened in an oval state is provided between the through holes. A surplus thickness part 14 is provided on the circumference of the intermediate through hole in one plane side of the hanger rubber. A divided surface of the mold is provided in a part corresponding to the surplus thickness part of the intermediate through hole. At the time of molding, in the intermediate through hole, flashes 13a are formed inside the surplus thickness part corresponding to the devided surface of the mold. Cracks growing from the flashes are extended within the surplus thickness part and hardly extended up to the inside of the main body. Therefore, reliability of the hanger rubber is not spoiled even if the flashes are left behind as they are. Then complicated labor of removal of the falshes can be omitted. |
