PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a topical cosmetic or dermatologic composition reducing wrinkles of skin, excellent in a beautifying effect and containing an agonist of a receptor associated with a chloride channel. SOLUTION: This topical cosmetic or dermatologic composition contains (A) one or more agonist substances, selected from the group consisting of serine, taurine,β-alanine, N-(benzyloxycarbonyl)glycine, isoguvacine, isonipecotic acid, 4,5,6,7-tetrahydroisoquixazolo[5,4-c]pyrid-3(2H)-one, benzoazepines, steroids and barbiturates, of one or more receptors associated with one or more chlorine channels of one or more skin afferent nerve paths existing in skin tissues, except glycine andγ-aminobutyric acid, used for skin tissue relaxation and/or mitigation, preferably in an amount of 0.01-10 wt.%, and more preferably (B) a retinoid and/or a hydroxyacid.
