PURPOSE: To provide a door guard of which head can be freely stored. CONSTITUTION: A head 11 is fitted so that the non-storing position projected from the head container 5a of the base 5 or the containing position in which a part thereof is stored, is transferably fitted. The head 11 is provided with a fitting groove 11a for a stopper and th stopper 15 is provided with a protrusion fitting to the stopper to engage with the fitting groove 11a for the stopper and a groove 15b for sliding stopper. When one end 19a of a releasing pin 19 is pushed, the other end 19b comes into contact with the groove 15b for sliding stopper to slide the stopper 15 to the directionεreleasing the engagement of the fitting groove 11a for the stopper and the fitting protrusion of the stopper. In this way, the head 11 is transferred between the storing position and the non-storing position.
