<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate the setting of a measuring apparatus and to suppress the measurement error caused thereby. CONSTITUTION: Three cylindrical members 3a, 3b, 3c are arranged substantially in parallel in order to guide the traveling of a tape 1 on the cylindrical outer circumferential surfaces thereof. Force detecting means 2a, 2b detect the forces being applied from the tape 1 to two cylindrical members 3a, 3b. A voltage converting section 20 converts outputs from the force detecting means 2a, 2b into voltages. An indicating section 21 indicates the output from the voltage converting section 20. The voltage values obtained from the force detecting means 2a, 2b have inherent values for the tape tension and the measuring apparatus can be set to equalize the tape tension based on the voltage values.</p> |
