PURPOSE: To obtain an inexpensive material for a cooking pot easy to produce and high in heat transfer efficiency by certainly bonding inner and outer surface materials so that an air layer is not formed between both materials or both materials are not peeled. CONSTITUTION: An inner surface material 11 having a solder material 13 applied to one surface thereof and having a shape necessary for producing an electromagnetic cooking pot is prepared and an outer surface material 12 having a shape almost the same as that of the inner surface material 11 is superposed on the inner surface material 11 to be fixed by a jig and the whole is heated in a heating furnace to bond the inner and outer surface materials 11, 12 and surface treatment is applied to the inner surface material 11.
