PURPOSE: To contrive a cost reduction, by a method wherein a foaming agent-unsticky sheet is laid on the surface of a surface material having an undetermined form, the surface material is held into a concrete shuttering by turning a sheet upside, a foaming support rest is formed by foaming a foamable material on the sheet and the surface material is held within the concrete shuttering under a horizontal state. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a surface material 1 is formed of natural stone onto which an uneven surface is formed and a foaming agent sticking sheet 4 is stuck peelably freely extending to the circumference from the surface. The surface material 1 is held within a surface material holding part 3a of a concrete shuttering 3 forming a foaming support rest 2 by turning the sheet 4 surface upside and a foaming agent is filled into a holding part 3b. The foaming support rest 2 is thus formed. When the surface materials 1 are arranged by turning the foaming support rest 2 lower side, the surface materials 1 can be held wihin the concrete shuttering 3 under a horizontal state without being inclined. Then a concrete material is cast on the surface material and after the concrete material is cured the sheet 4 is peeled off through which a concrete sheet provided with the surface materials 1 can be manufactured easily. |
