The friction lining is in the form of a strip cut out of the length of friction lining material. The length of friction lining material has first been slit on at least one peripheral side, for subsequent oil grooves. Near the bridge pieces between the sections of friction lining separated by the slits, the strip is bent polygonally into a ring and then stuck onto the support ring. A double sided adhesive sheet is stuck onto the side of the length of friction lining material facing the support ring, before cutting the strip. |
