Biospecific determination method

摘要

The invention relates to a biospecific multiparametric determination method, in which a mixture of pre-produced microparticles, classified into different categories, is used, in which each category specifically reacts with an analyte. The microparticles in each category contain a specific monomer component or indicator of a kind which allows particles of different categories to be identified and differentiated on the basis of Raman spectra. The microparticles in the different categories are coated category by category with biospecific reagents, which bind different analytes. The sample to be analysed is added and to the mixture there is further added a mixture of biospecific secondary reagents marked with a photoluminescent molecule. The Raman spectrum indicates the category of the microparticle and the photoluminescence emission indicates the quantity of analyte attached to the microparticle.
