<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the collapse accident of a seal water cylinder and the upper part of a methane fermentation tank at the time of periodical repairing by providing the seal water cylinder to the outer periphery of the inner cylinder type methane fermentation tank in an isolated state to support the same by a structural steel frame and raising and lowering an outer cylinder type gas holder within the seal water cylinder along a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: A seal water tank 3 is attached to the outer periphery of an inner cylinder type methane fermentation tank 1 in an isolated state without being integrated with the tank 1 and received from below by a structural steel frame and a part of a guide rail 11. An outer cylinder type gas holder 2 filled with methane gas is raised and lowered along the guide rail 11 within the seal water cylinder 3. The seal water cylinder 3 and the inner cylinder type methane fermentation tank 1 are perfectly sealed by a slidable seal mechanism 4. By this constitution, high earthquake resistance and structural strength are obtained and, even if the inner cylinder type methane fermentation tank 1 and the seal water cylinder 3 are isolated, an anaerobic degree can be held to ORP of about 500mv or more and, even if the methane liquid in the inner cylinder type methane fermentation tank l flows out at the time of periodical repairing, an accident such that a wall body collapses inwardly is eliminated.</p> |
