<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an electric wire end treating cap capable of holding electric wires having different diameters easily and surely, by providing a sawtoothlike projecting streak on the inner circumferential wall of a joining-by-hooking part circumferentially, incising projecting streaks on the peripheral wall of a cap substance, and providing a claw inside the tip of each leg segment at its tip. CONSTITUTION: A cover body 1 has a joining-by-hooking part 4 of a diameter enlarged through a tapered part 3 near its opening 2, and a sawtoothlike projecting streak 5 is provided circumferentially on the inner circumferential wall of the joining-by- hooking part 4. A cap substance 1 to be hooked and joined by being pushed into the joining-by-hooking part 4 is made of a cylinder having a through hole 8 inside for inserting an electric wire, and a plurality of projecting streaks 9, to make the projecting streak 5 bite into the peripheral wall provided projecting on the inner circumferential wall of the joining-by-hooking part 4 of the cap substance T, are provided. And at the base end of the cap substance 7, a pressing disk part 10 united into a body is provided. And a plurality of leg segments 11 having boundability are provided concentrically at the tip of the cap substance 7, and a claw 12 projecting to the inside of each of these leg segments 11 is provided horizontally.</p> |
