PURPOSE: To suppress the increase in injection valve opening pressure caused by shrinkage of a valve and maintain the injection valve opening pressure of a pressure regulating valve for a long time by placing a mixture of silicone- base oil and a specified amount of vegetable fat and oil on the interface between a valve cylinder and a valve body to form a non-tacky film. CONSTITUTION: 100wt% silicone-base oil and 2-10wt% vegetable fat and oil are mixed and the mixture is applied to the interface between a valve cylinder and a valve body to form a non-tacky film. If the content of the vegetable fat and oil is less than 2wt.%, falling down of the silicone-base oil to the lower part of the valve cylinder cannot stop sufficiently, and injection valve opening pressure is gradually increased. If the content of the vegetable fat and oil is more than 10wt%, although the time depending change of a pressure regulating valve is suppressed, injection valve opening pressure is high from the beginning, and the swelling of a battery container appears from the early stage. If the content of the vegetable fat and oil is 2-10wt% the increase in injection valve opening pressure is suppressed and injection valve opening pressure of the pressure regulating valve is maintained for a long time. |
