PURPOSE: To provide an electrical double-layer capacitor where capacitor cells which are laminated in multiple layers are electrically connected by a reliable structure. CONSTITUTION: An electrical double-layer capacitor 10 is provided with a cell lamination body 22 where a plurality of coin-type capacitor cells 21 are laminated in multiple layers, lead terminals 23 and 24 are connected to both electrode surfaces of the cell lamination body 22, at the same time a resin armor body 25 is formed around the cell lamination body 22. A belleville spring 11 which is an elastic member with conductivity is provided between capacitor cells 21 and the capacitor cells 21 are mutually fixed by a heat-shrinkable sleeve 26 which is collectively applied to the outer-periphery surface.
