PURPOSE: To give a variation of waiting, division, broadcasting, collection reservation and substitution and automate the circulation control processing by providing circulation control data in a data base. CONSTITUTION: A circulated body transmitter receiver 101 has functions for inputting, sending, receiving, referring to, and updating a circulated body and is used by a user joining a work flow. Further, a circulated body definition device 103 stores work flow definitions including definition and circulation control over circulation destinations and sends the work flow definitions to a circulated body controller 102. Further, the circulated body controller 102 has a function for actually circulating a circulated body according to the circulation destination definitions made by a circulation destination defining device 103. Therefore, a relation painter between control data placed in a transmission request queue and a circulation tray, and a circulated body management table is represented by an inter-object linking function and consequently only data which need to be update can be retrieved and updated, so that a high-speed circulation control can be performed. |
