PURPOSE: To efficiently avoid the congestion of traffic by reducing the frequency in transfer of a call connection signal and shortening the call connection time in a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: In the mobile communication system for connection control between mobile terminals based on personal numbers, a control network 7 is provided with an integrated data base DB 8 where correspondence between personal numbers and home areas 5a to 5c is stored, and respective home areas are provided with area DBs 6a to 6c where subscriber information including the personal numbers registered in home areas and location information indicating movement destinations of subscribers are stored. When a call is originated based on a personal number in an area other than home areas, the home area corresponding to the personal number is discriminated in accordance with the integrated DB 8, and subscriber information and location information of the area DB in the discriminated home area are referred to control the connection. |
