PURPOSE: To excellently restrain a fault current or the like caused by generation of moisture condensation water by improving a ventilating action on the inside and the outside, and restraining liquid such as rainwater from flowing in from outside while attaining simplification of installing work of a cylindrical cover on an installing member and an improvement in external appearance. CONSTITUTION: A downward opening first annular groove 10 to be fitted from vertical direction to an upper end part and an installing member 4 having a lamp socket 6 are installed in this upper end part of a columned cylinder body 1. An upward opening second annular groove 11 in which a lower end part of a light transmissive cylindrical cover 5 is fitted to cover the outer periphery of a lamp 12, is formed in this installing member 4, and a liquid discharge passage to discharge and guide liquid flowing in the second annular groove 11 to the first annular groove 10 is formed in the installing member 4 in a condition of opening outside of an outer peripheral surface of the columned cylinder body 1 fitted in and fixed to the first annular groove 10. At the same time, a ventilating passage communicated over an inside space and the outside of the columned cylinder body 1 is formed between an inside surface facing the first annular groove 10 of the installing member 4 and the columned cylinder body 1 fitted in and fixed to the first annular groove 10. |
