<p>PURPOSE: To prevent laterals from being broken and to prevent electric poles from falling, by absorbing the dislocation of the laterals caused by the subsiding pressure of a snow layer elastically. CONSTITUTION: A swaying arm 6 is fitted using a fastening band 2 fitted around an electric pole 1 and bolts and nuts 11, so as to be freely swayable in the upward and downward directions. Besides, a spring suspension arm 7 is fitted with bolts and nuts 11 to the fastening band 2 being at the upper position so as to be swayable freely in the upward and downward directions. A uniting lever 8 is provided between the swaying arm 6 and the spring suspension arm 7 to unite them. And they constitute a pantograph construction forming a parallelogram, and the angles of swiveling of both arms 6 and 7 are equalized and synchronized. A slide pin shaft provided in the sliding long hole 62 of the swaying arm 6 and the swaying end of the spring suspension arm 7 are pulled elastically with springs, and a lateral is linked to the swaying end of the swayng arm 6.</p> |
