PURPOSE: To reduce a required power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION: A diode D2 is connected between bases of a transistor (TR) Q1 connecting to a power supply and a TR Q4 connecting to a ground with an opposite polarity, and a diode D3 is connected between bases of a TR Q3 connecting to a power supply and a TR Q2 connecting to a ground with an opposite polarity. Then a base-emitter voltage of the TR Q1 or Q4 is cancelled by a forward voltage of the diode D2 and a base-emitter voltage of the TR Q3 or Q2 is cancelled by a forward voltage of the diode D3.
