<p>PURPOSE: To flexibly respond to the using request of a large capacity channel and to operate the large capacity channel with high using efficiency in a mobile communication system provided with both large capacity channels and small capacity channels. CONSTITUTION: A base station 101 and plural mobile stations 102k perform radio communication through large capacity radio channels or small capacity radio channels allocated to respective communicating persons. Normally, the radio communication is performed between the mobile stations 102k and the base station 101 by using the small capacity radio channels. When a significant data amount to be transmitted becomes excessive, the using radio channel is changed to the large capacity radio channel unused at the point of time and communication is performed. When the data amount to be transmitted becomes less than the capacity of the small capacity channel, the respectively allocated small capacity channels are used and the communication is performed.</p> |
