PURPOSE: To always attain printing output with a stable density regardless of various kinds of conditions such as residual toner. CONSTITUTION: This electrophotographic developing device is provided with a developing roller 2, a toner supplying roller 3 supplying toner to the developing roller 2, a toner hopper 4 housing the toner supplied to the toner supplying roller 3 and a toner stirring member 5 stirring the toner in a toner hopper 4. Out of these rollers, the toner supplying roller 3 is composed of a first toner supplying roller 31 rotated in contact with the developing roller 2 and a second toner supplying roller 32 arranged in the upper part of the first toner supplying roller 31 and rotated in accordance with the first toner supplying roller 31. |
