PURPOSE: To obtain a brushless motor in which the heat dissipation characteristics and vibration/noise characteristics are enhanced while suppressing the cogging by winding armature coils around a bobbin and then fitting tee bobbins, formed substantially into E-shape, thereon. CONSTITUTION: An armature core 6 is formed substantially into E-shape by arranging central tees 11 perpendicularly to a tangent of a rotor 3 and extending other tees 12, 13 in parallel with the central tees 11, with same width as the central tees to the outer circumferential surface of a drive magnet 2. Since an armature coil 5 is wound around the tees 11, 12, 13 not directly but through a bobbin 14, the armature coil 5 can be wound independently around the bobbin. Since the number of turns can be increased before coming into contact with an adjacent armature coil 5, space efficiency of the armature coil is enhanced along with the assembling workability. |
