PURPOSE: To stably enlarge a capture range by utilizing a signal which indicates the detection propriety of a frame synchronizing signal and discriminating the phase synchronization and phase asynchronization of a phase synchronization loop. CONSTITUTION: A frame synchronization detecting circuit 111 outputs a frame synchronization detecting signal identifying phase synchronization and phase asynchronization. A low frequency oscillation circuit 112 receives the frame synchronization detecting signal and outputs a low frequency signal at the time of phase asynchronization. An adding circuit 108 adds a phase difference signal to the low frequency signal and output it to a voltage control oscillation circuit 109. |
