PURPOSE: To provide a music rest device which is inexpensive, is capable of improving productivity and has excellent appearance. CONSTITUTION: This music rest device has a music rest 1 for supporting a music and a supporting member 3 for supporting this music rest 1 freely turnably between a use position where the music is set and a non-use position. A turning part 7 having an arc-shaped section is integrally formed in the base part of the music rest 1. A turning guide part with which a turning part 7 engages freely slidably and which is disposed coaxially with this turning part 7 and guides turning of the turning part 7 is integrally formed at the supporting member 3.
