<p>PURPOSE: To obtain the method and device for coordinate input detection position correction which obtain an input value without any error in spite of operation caused by the thickness of a touch sensor and an eye angle. CONSTITUTION: This method is a coordinate input detection position correcting method correcting the deviation between a display position displayed on a display device 11 and the input position of a touch sensor 13 fitted onto the display surface of the display device 11; and a position detecting means detects an input coordinate point and a correction quantity is calculated from a characteristic correction expression determined for an input area including the input coordinate point among plural divided input areas, thereby finding the real coordinates from the input coordinate point which is previously detected and this correction quantity.</p> |
