<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a vacuum capacitor having a stabilized maximum voltage and capacitance characteristics by shifting a tubular electrode plate on the movable side of the vacuum capacitor while keeping a constant interval (not incline) from a tubular electrode plate on the fixed side upon variation of the capacitance, and to reduce the size of the vacuum capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A guide pin 1 is provided inside a conductor 13 for fixing a fixed electrode and a guide part 5 having a guide pin insertion hole is provided for a conductor 18 for fixing a movable electrode. The guide pin 1 is then inserted slidingly into the guide part 5. A movable lead bolt 32 is connected with a movable lead 2 in a bellows and a screw receiving part 31 is provided on the inside of an end plate 14 on the movable side. An adjusting nut 33 is screwed to the forward end of the movable lead bolt 32 thus adjusting the capacitance.</p> |
