<p>PURPOSE: To prevent discontinuity in a coil device by a method wherein an intermediate wall is made by erecting intermediate winding part where the coil wire traverses. CONSTITUTION: A coil 2 is wound around a drum 1d keeping its one tip wound on one of two coil connecting pieces 4 provided to an end flange 1b, made to traverse an intermediate flange 1a as wound on one of two relay wound part 5, wound around the other drum 1e, then made to traverse the intermediate flange 1a again as wound on the other relay wound part 5, and made to wind its terminal on the other coil connecting piece 4. Then, after a permanent magnet 6 is fitted into a square hole 1f provided to the intermediate flange 1a making its one magnetic pole exposed and other magnetic pole abutted against an iron core 3, the coil 2 is covered with synthetic resin together with a coil frame 1 through an injection molding method. By this setup, a coil is surely positioned in place while it traverses, so that it is prevented from being suspended and disconnected by an injection pressure of resin.</p> |
