<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the system for integrating various types of automobile recordings into one automobile driver's identification card. SOLUTION: Smart card technology integrates and controls the recordings about the ownership and/or operation of an automobile. Smart identification cards 101, 102 store and control plural automobile recordings corresponding to one automobile driver. These automobile recordings include the items selected from among the groups of the automobile registration information, drivers license information, violation of the road traffic law, automobile insurance information, entry and exit time of parking lots, balance of toll charged at an expressway, automobile club information, and exhaust gas inspection information. The smart identification cards 101, 102 enable interactive processing with plural computer data bases 119, 127 utilizing the communication link in common use with smart scanners 104, 105. The computer data bases 119, 127 control the automobile recordings.</p> |
