PURPOSE: To obtain the central processor which performs a process for setting a different instantaneous value according to the true/false state of one condition by a microcomputer, etc., at a high execution speed through a simple program. CONSTITUTION: An instruction code prefetched in an instruction queue 10 is provided with a 1st and a 2nd instantaneous value and 1 or 0 is stored in a zero flag 9 according to whether one condition is true or false; and the 1st instantaneous value when the zero flag 9 is 1 or the 2nd instantaneous value when 0 is written in the register or memory of an address specified with the same instruction code.
