The apparatus is for preventing automobile, operated by a manual transmission, from getting pushed backward on a slope, and making it easily start. It comprises a one way clutch(1), installed on an input shaft(11) of the manual transmission, controlling the counter rotation of the input shaft(11); a connector(20) having a fixation part(22) with an end bent and circuferential steps(21,21'); and a nut(14) for fixing the fixation part(22) to a hub and a rear part of the input shaft(11).
