PURPOSE: To easily grasp the relation between the load and a daily production schedule when the leveling of load is studied against the change of the daily production schedule. CONSTITUTION: The daily production schedule information generating means 3 generates the daily production schedule information (c) based on the order information (a) and the product information (b). A load evolving means 5 generates the load information (d) for each process and each time bucket based on both information (b) and (c). A load piling graph drawing means 7 draws a load piling-graph (e) based on both information (c and (d). The graph (e) consists of a bar graph corresponding to the load value of a process designated for each time bucket and a Gantt chart corresponding to the daily production schedule information on the order that transmits a designated process through a designated time bucket. |
