<p>PURPOSE: To provide a temperature control method/device which can equalize the temperature distribution and can perform the accurate temperature control even when no coincidence is secured between the target control place and the actual control place. CONSTITUTION: The temperature control method/device includes a temperature measurement part 2 which turns the information given from a temperature sensor of a metallic mold 1 into a numeric value, a temperature distribution estimation part 3 which estimates the temperature of a target position based on the temperature distribution obtained at the part 2, a controlled variable decision part 4 which decides how to control a heater based on the difference between a target temperature set previously and the estimated temperature, and a relay control part 5 which actually controls a relay based on the information decided at the part 4. The part 4 includes a control rule storage part 41 which stores the correlation between the conditions of the temperature distribution obtained previously from the experiments and the experiential rules and the control method.</p> |
