<p>PURPOSE: To ensure a monotonous input output characteristic by using two current mirror circuits thereby supplying a base current of two Wilson type current mirror circuits. CONSTITUTION: Even when an input voltage applied to an inverting input terminal 4 is considerably lower to a voltage to a noninverting input terminal 3 and a collector current of a transistor(TR) Q4 is I and a collector current of a TR Q2 is zero, a 2nd current mirror circuit 11 is operated normally. That is, in this case, a collector current of the TR Q4 flows to a TR Q15, which is conductive and a current corresponding to the collector current of the TR Q1 operated in the same mode as the TR Q4 flows to the collector of the TR Q15 by a 3rd current mirror circuit 12. Thus, the current is supplied to a base line of the TRs Q14, Q16, Q18 and a current corresponding to the collector current of the TR Q4 flows to the TRs Q16, Q18, a substantial current mirror operation is conducted by the circuit 11. As a result, the TR Q22 conducts a substantial operation and an output at a terminal 5 is not zero but a normal absorbing operation is attained.</p> |
