PURPOSE: To completely turn on an FET as a switching element. CONSTITUTION: The switching control circuit of an FET 3 consists of a series circuit which are made of a diode 15 and a capacitor 16 connected in parallel to the FET 3, a gate resistor 8 connected between the connection point between the diode 15 and the capacitor 16 of the series circuit and the gate of the FET 3, and a switching control circuit 42 made of a transistor 11 where the collector is connected to the gate of the FET 3 via a resistor 10 and the emitter is connected to the connection point between a capacitor 5 and an inductor 6 and a detection signal from the voltage detection circuit 40 is inputted to the base. |
