PURPOSE: To shorten the production lead time in a production schedule for a lot production. CONSTITUTION: The production schedule generating method includes an event register procedure 1 which registers the event information in an event buffer, a start event extraction procedure 2 which extracts a start event out of the event buffer, a start possibility deciding procedure 3 which decides the start possibility of the start event based on the using state of the resources, an event re-register procedure 4 which registers again the start event that can start into the event buffer, an overlapping deciding procedure 5, a set-up/processing allocation procedures 6 which allocates the set-up time and the processing time of an event to equipments when the start event has no overlapping, an overlapping set-up/processing allocation procedure 7 which allocates the set-up time and the processing time of an event to the equipments when the start event has the overlapping, and an allocation end processing procedure 8 Which updates the final working date of the used resources and registers the information on the next event into the event buffer. |
