<p>PURPOSE: To provide an evaluating device for microcomputer with which the storage capacity of a RAM for check to be accessed with the evaluating device can be suppressed to the minimum. CONSTITUTION: In addition to a RAM 2 for writing or reading the arithmetic data of a microcomputer 1 for evaluation, a DPRAM 3 equipped with only the storage capacity for one memory dividing the storage capacity of the RAM 2 into plural parts is provided as a memory for reading and analyzing the arithmetic data while using an external evaluating device 30. Based on address data generated from an offset setting circuit 9, the DPRAM 3 is turned to be in the writing or reading state of the same arithmetic data simultaneously with prescribed one of plural storage areas of the RAM 2. Therefore, the address data generated from the offset setting circuit 9 are successively set to the contents to designate the respective divided storage areas of the RAM 2 so that all the data written in the RAM 2 with a large storage capacity can be written in the DPRAM 3 with a less storage capacity.</p> |
