PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of the magnetic field detection signal itself of a magnetic sensor element by installing a magnetic sensor element and a photoelectric conversion element near the inside of a same cooling container. CONSTITUTION: An oxide superconductive magnetic resistance element 3 is installed as a magnetic sensor element in a cooling container 1, an LED 6 and a DC power supply 7 are serially connected between a drain terminal D and a source terminal S of an FET5, and a photoelectric converison element is constituted of the FET5 and the LED6. Then by adjacently laying out the element 3 and the photoelectric conversion element in the container 1, the signal line length of a metal conductor for sending an electrical signal which is generated by enabling the element 3 to detect a small magnetic field to a later stage is minimized. Also, by using a light signal when sending the magnetic field detection signal of the element 3 to a signal processing system at normal temperatures, an electrical turbulence from the outside is minimized and the generation of temperature fluctuation of the signal line due to thermal capacity is reduced. |
